Dr. Malone resides in the medical bay in B-Block. Patients from C-Block have been brought in with abyssite crystals lodged in their skulls. They look calm on the surface, but underneath they live in a constant state of fear.

Miners who return from the lower levels of C-Block appear afflicted and delusional, talking about some kind of organism down there. Dr. Malone doesn't know what to make of it.
