In the Town of Nowhere, filled with monsters and curses, Bob fears one being above all others: Thirteen, a mysterious girl who never ages and possesses terrifying supernatural powers. When Bob warns others about her, Thirteen suddenly appears and confronts him. But everything changes when she notices Doom, Bob’s frightened young nephew.
